Shipping policy

All orders will be dispatched within two business days of payment received. The default courier will be Australia Post. Please contact us directly at hello@smellyballs.com.au to discuss this further if you have any concerns regarding the shipping method. We provide no covenants, warranties or guarantees over any delivery. Care will be taken to ensure the timely and safe arrival of your order, however if you aren’t satisfied with your order please contact us at hello@smellyballs.com.au.

All orders will be shipped from Australia. If you are making a purchase from outside of Australia any import taxes, fees, duties or other monies payable in respect of customs will be your sole responsibility.

All orders will be shipped to the address provided by you. If those details result in the shipment being returned to us as undeliverable, shipping and handling fees paid by you at the time of purchase will have been exhausted. You will bear the sole financial responsibility for ensuring the purchase is delivered to you by the provision of an alternate delivery address or arrangement.
