Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING + DELIVERY
All orders will be dispatched within two business days of payment received. The default courier will be Australia Post. Please contact us directly at hello@smellyballs.com.au to discuss this further if you have any concerns regarding the shipping method. We provide no covenants, warranties or guarantees over any delivery. Care will be taken to ensure the timely and safe arrival of your order, however, if you aren’t satisfied with your order please contact us at hello@smellyballs.com.au .
All orders will be shipped from Australia. If you are making a purchase from outside of Australia any import taxes, fees, duties or other monies payable in respect of customs will be your sole responsibility.
All orders will be shipped to the address provided by you. If those details result in the shipment being returned to us as undeliverable, shipping and handling fees paid by you at the time of purchase will have been exhausted. You will bear the sole financial responsibility for ensuring the purchase is delivered to you by the provision of an alternate delivery address or arrangement.
SHIPPING TO CANADA IS TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED
27 November 2024: Due to ongoing union strike action, Canada Post has advised all countries to temporarily stop sending all items to Canada.
As a result, all services to and from Canada are temporarily suspended as of 27 November 2024.
International items that have already been sent to Canada between 4-26 November will be held securely by Canada Post, however tracking information from Canada Post may not be available at this time.
Once services resume, items will be processed and delivered by Canada Post as quickly as possible. However, customers should expect delays as Canada Post works to manage the volume and stabilise operations.
Orders lodged from 27 November will be notified from our customer service team to suggest a refund.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
While we do take care in providing products to you, we cannot guarantee product availability at all times. You will be notified within 24 hours if the purchase made by you is not available for distribution pending product availability. We take all reasonable steps to ensure any product is made available within a reasonable time, however, at times, we are ultimately bound by the manufacturer’s ability to provide the product. We will keep you informed while your purchase is pending.
Once we are aware that a product is no longer available for distribution we will update our website. There may be a short delay between our stock being exhausted and the website being updated and we appreciate your patience in these circumstances. We will liaise directly with you should this be the case.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
We have carefully selected our products for sale, however, if your product/s are damaged or faulty upon delivery please contact us within 48hrs for a full replacement. Contact us by email at hello@smellyballs.com.au
Alternatively you may elect to exchange your product for another of the same value. We reserve the right to charge return freight for any replacement product.
