Smelly Balls Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions Welcome to the Smelly Balls Affiliate Crew! We’re stoked you want to help spread the adventure (and the good smells). Before you dive in, please read through these terms carefully - they explain how the program works, what you can expect, and what we expect from you.  

1. Eligibility 

  • You must be 18 years or older to join.  
  • You should have an active online presence (socials, website, blog, etc.) that aligns with Smelly Balls’ values of fun, sustainability, and adventure.  
  • We reserve the right to accept or decline applications at our discretion.   

2. Commissions & Payments

  • Affiliates will earn a commission on net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and returns) made through their unique referral link or code.  
  • Commission rates are outlined in your welcome email and may change from time to time with notice.  
  • Payments will be made monthly via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/Other].  
  • Any fraudulent, self-referral, or bulk-discount orders will not qualify for commission.    

3. Use of Content

  • We encourage you to share authentic, creative content featuring Smelly Balls.  
  • By joining the program, you grant Smelly Balls permission to use, repost, or feature your content across our channels (with credit).  
  • Top-performing content may be boosted through our paid channels using your affiliate code to help generate extra commission for you.    

4. Brand Guidelines

  • Affiliates must represent Smelly Balls in a way that aligns with our brand values: fun, adventurous, sustainable, and inclusive.  
  • Do not engage in misleading claims, spammy behaviour, or content that could harm the Smelly Balls brand.  
  • Discount codes and links may not be used on coupon sites or resale platforms.    

5. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.  
  • Smelly Balls reserves the right to remove affiliates who engage in fraudulent activity, misuse brand assets, or fail to follow these terms.  
  • Upon termination, unpaid commissions below the payout threshold will be forfeited.    

6. Liability

  • Smelly Balls is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or claims resulting from participation in the program.  
  • You participate at your own risk and agree to comply with local advertising, disclosure, and tax laws (including #ad or #affiliate disclosure requirements).    

7. Updates to Terms

  • Smelly Balls may update these terms from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

We’re all about adventure, community, and fun - so while these terms keep things clear and fair, remember: the Smelly Balls Crew is about celebrating the journey together (with cars that smell damn good).
